History and Philosophy O'Polka & Company, Inc. was formed on July 11, 2005. On that date, O'Polka & Company, Inc. acquired the Franklin, PA office of K2S, P.C. (formerly McMahon, O'Polka, Guelcher and Associates, Inc.). The predecessor firm had been in existence since January 1, 1985. The firm's directors, each of whom is an equal owner in the firm, are: Michael J. O'Polka, CPA Richard P. O'Polka, CPA/PFS CFP The firm operates primarily in the Western Pennsylvania area. The firm also services clients outside the primary area and has clients as far away as New Brunswick, Canada and California. The firm is able to provide a broad range of accounting, auditing, tax, and consultation services. Our philosophy is to remain sensitive to our clients' needs and to assist in the satisifaction of those needs at a reasonable cost. We don't sell unneeded services, we sell results.
